Deal Classification
New Deals: Any deals that have been recently added to the platform will be highlighted here. Users can explore these opportunities and express their interest or share them with their network.
Buzzing Deals: Deals that have gained significant traction and user interest will be labeled as "Buzzing." These deals have generated substantial attention and are worth exploring further.
Classification of Deals: Deals on the platform are classified into three categories: Upcoming Deals, Live Deals, and Completed Deals.
Upcoming Deals: These are deals that are newly hosted on the platform and awaiting user interest. Users can access Level 1 and Level 2 information about these deals and express their interest or share them with others in their network. Upcoming deals will either gain traction and move to the "Buzzing" category or be removed from the platform if they fail to generate sufficient interest within a specific timeframe.
Live Deals: Live deals are those where the founders have pitched their proposals to investors. Users can apply to these deals or share them with their network. The "express interest" option is not available for live deals as they have progressed beyond the initial interest stage and are actively seeking investments.
Users can conveniently track their activity through the following sections:
Interested Deals: Deals in which the user has expressed interest will be displayed in the portfolio section as "Interested Deals." This feature allows users to access all the deals they have shown interest in, providing a convenient overview of potential investment opportunities.
Applied Deals: The "Applied Deals" section shows deals to which the user has applied. When clicked upon, the user can view the current stage of each deal, ranging from termsheet circulation to completion. This feature provides transparency and allows users to monitor the progress of their applied deals, similar to tracking an order on platforms like Myntra or Amazon.
